Real Estate Acquisitions OFFICER

Responsible for sourcing and executing deals. Minimum five years of experience as acquisitions professionals focused on sourcing and execution is required.

Asset Management OFFICER

Responsible for implementing the business plan once a property is acquired and ultimately selling the property. Minimum of five years of experience is required.

Capital raising & Investor relations OFFICER

Responsible for raising the money to be invested in target acquisitions. Strong contacts with public pension funds, private pension funds, endowments, insurance companies, fund of funds, and high net worth individuals are required.

Portfolio management, OFFICER

In charge of managing the real estate portfolio. Minimum five years of experience in managing real estate portfolios is required.
