Following the 2008 economic crisis that devastated many real estate development companies around the world and we were no exception here in the UAE, banks were forced to freeze the construction funding of many large projects including our $800 million La Hoya Bay project. So we had no alternative but to restructure and even cancel some of our projects. After suffering a loss of $400 million between 2009 and 2015, we have successfully restructured Khoie Properties and are now making great progress in designing and preparing to launch our new projects and look with confidence to our future in Dubai.
With two major projects like the Khoie Golf Estate and the Khoie World Tower & Shopping Mall at design stage, projected to cost over $600 million and the soft launch of our New Leaf Residence at Dubai’s prestigious Meydan Avenue, Khoie Properties is back on track to be once again, one of the most successful real estate development companies in Dubai.
