Project Progress La Hoya Bay Residence is in the process of mobilizing the main contractors with the appropriate skills, experience and resources to oversee construction work. Piling has been completed Block A (Seagull) All Piles have been casted and the cutting of pile head has been completed as well. Backfilling is scheduled to commence shortly. Block B (Flamingo) All Piles have been casted and the cutting of pile head is in progress. Block C (Blue Marlin) All Piles have been completed and the cutting of pile head and excavation is in progress. La Hoya Bay Business Village has progressed with excavation and fencing work. Currently dewatering is in progress. Piling commenced on 21 st Nov 07 and the guide walls are 76% completed . |
