New Year is always a time to look back at past achievements and to plan the next ones. The start of 2008, though, is a moment of special significance for Khoie Properties. Over the New Year, construction on the Hoya Bay project will pass several key milestones including the delivery of the first residential units.

In a few weeks, at the International Property Show in Dubai, I am delighted to now reveal that there will also be the official announcement of an exciting new element to the development.

Looking back over 2007, we have many achievements to take pride in. When Khoie Properties celebrated its fourth anniversary at the end of 2007 it was a source of great satisfaction to the entire team that we have invariably hit our targets and stuck rigorously to our schedule for completing La Hoya Bay.

But many thanks is due to the warm support of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah. It is his enlightened vision of development that has enabled La Hoya Bay to combine so uniquely the luxury of modern facilities with a perfectly-preserved – and truly stunning – natural environment.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to His Highness, Dr Khater Massad and to the many talented Ras Al Khaimah officials that have helped us achieve so much so fast. But everyone involved in La Hoya Bay can take pride in our work in 2007. As we build on this achievement we can look forward to another great year in 2008.
