CEO Message

The New Year finds Khoie Properties with no letup in a tight schedule of deadlines. First up is next month's International Property Show at Dubai's World Trade Centre.

This trade show will be focusing worldwide attention on one of the world's most exciting real estate markets from 17 to 19 February. For us, this could well be more than an opportunity to report our tremendous progress with the La Hoya Bay project. There may also be another exciting strand of the development to reveal.

The next step in the project is La Hoya Bay Regency. At some point over the next few weeks I expect to be in a position to announce the specifics of this key retail, leisure and residential element to Marjan Island's La Hoya Bay family.

Also on the horizon for Khoie Properties is the opening of our factory in Ras Al Khaimah that will manufacture exclusive fixtures for the kitchens and bathrooms of the La Hoya Bay project. These production facilities in RAK will soon be joined by an engineering and sales centre.

For anyone who has ever wondered about taking their finances offshore, David Bostock, a specialist financial adviser who has been working closely Khoie Properties has some interesting news and – very probably – some useful advice, which you can read in this issue.
